About GCPS' schools and educational facilities

Moore Middle
opened in August 2011.

Gwinnett County Public Schools and its 132 schools and other educational facilities serve more than 165,000 students. Gwinnett’s modern, well-equipped, and well-maintained schools provide an environment where teaching and learning thrive. Attendance zones are determined by geographical clusters, called clusters. Within each cluster, there are three to six elementary schools, one or two middle schools, and one high school. To find out what school your child will attend, call the Planning Department at 678-301-7085.
