Your Berkmar High School Counseling Department is here to provide an array of services to help students be academically, socially, and emotionally able. We provide academic, career, social, emotional, and crisis counseling to our students. We are here to serve as a resource for our students, faculty, and most importantly parents.
Students and parents may make appointments with assigned counselors for academic and/or personal guidance. Students in non-emergency situations should make an appointment before or after school, or during their lunch period with Ms Padilla in the Counseling Office 8.217.
Parents who would like to meet with his/her student’s counselor may schedule an appointment by calling 770-806-3704 to ensure the availability of the counselor. Parents, who would like to meet with their student’s teachers, may also call the respective counselor to schedule the conference. For meetings with an individual teacher, please contact that teacher directly via email, or 770-921-3636.
*Classroom visits are allowed by the legal parent/guardian and needs to be scheduled through your students assigned Administrator, and do require a 24 hour notice.*
