Any student wanting a challenge in math can become part of the math team. The GAME competition is by grades with 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade short answer tests and a general oralist (student who must learn a subject and orally present an answer to judges).
Every level of student takes the test for their grade level and the test for the grade level above. 12th grade students only take the 12th grade test.
